Training Days
Electro Graphics organizes training days for optimal learning of the purchased software. During these courses, following a path didactically developed over a long experience of training activity, the customer makes contact with all the possibilities offered by the software tools chosen for the best application in the workplace.

These days, divided on specific topics (Automation, Systems, Electric grid dimensioning, Phovoltaic engineering) are scheduled with regularity to perform the needs and training requirements of customers. The training days at the Electro Graphics headquarters, are available in a dynamic environment and highly skilled staff, to make more effective these times of specialized growth for the customer.

Support

Technical assistance, with explanations regarding the operation of the program, questions and information on optimal configuration of the system, excluding the problems related the use of hardware and software required (Windows, AutoCAD,...).
The hot line, free for a period of 90 days from date of purchase, is open from 10.00 to 12.30 and from 15.00 to 18.00 hours of every weekday, except Saturday and periods resting.

Service agreement

For 90 days from the date of purchase you will receive, without cost, innovation and / or improvements and / or additional services that are classified as software updates of the purchased product. You will have access to the reserved areas of our web site, and download any corrective patch, extensions for of the archives, new components introduced after the release of the software purchased.
After the period of after-sales guarantee, you can activate a service contract and maintenance of the purchased software, in order to:

- Access to support services, (from 10.00 to 12.30 and from 15.00 to 18.00 hours of every weekday, except Saturday and rest periods company) for issues concerning the functioning software, or configuration of the system, excluding issues relating to the use of hardware and software required (Windows, AutoCAD,...).

- Receive, without any additional charge, innovations and / or improvements and / or additional services that are classified as software updates of the product in their possession, and then all the new releases.

- Access to the area reserved of the Electro Graphics web site, from which to download updated files, corrective patches, utilities and tips.

Customizations

Electro Graphics is available when required, to analyze requests for customization of its own software in order to meet particular needs of the customer. For this purpose, expert analysts may be available for assessing the seasonableness of customization and integration in the context of software, so that garantirela its portability over time.
Electro Graphics develops its software in a total way, without the need for strategic third-party products.
