Privacy statement based on Art. 13/14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation)

As established by art. 13 and 14 of the EU GDPR 2016/679 (European Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data), ELECTRO GRAPHICS Srl, as data controller, is required to provide information on the use by the undersigned company of the personal data acquired in relation to contractual relationships with you.

Source of personal data
The data in our possession, acquired in relation to contractual relationships, are collected directly by the interested party and processed in compliance with current legislation. In relation to specific operations, it could also happen that ELECTRO GRAPHICS Srl comes into possession of data, provided by you, which the law defines as "sensitive" or "judicial". Any sensitive or judicial data that the company collects and processes will be used exclusively in accordance with the general authorizations issued by the Guarantor for the processing of personal data.

Purpose of the treatment
The collection or processing of personal data has the sole purpose of adequately providing for the obligations connected with the performance of the economic activity of our Company and in particular for:
- fulfill the preliminary requirements for the stipulation of a contract;
- fulfill the contractual obligations towards the interested party by executing an act, plurality of acts or set of operations necessary for the fulfillment of the aforementioned obligations;
- execute the obligations connected or instrumental to the contract in any public or private body;
- execute the fulfillment of legal obligations;
- provide for the administrative management of the contractual relationship;
- guarantee technical support or technical information regarding the goods and / or services of your interest;
- provide information on future products and services or initiatives.

Processing methods
In relation to the indicated purposes, the processing of personal data takes place using manual and IT tools with logic strictly related to the purposes themselves and, in any case, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data in compliance with the provisions of the EU GDPR 2016 / 679.

Kind of the collection
For the stipulation and execution of the contractual relationship, the collection of personal data is also mandatory, as it is necessary to comply with legal and tax obligations; refusal to provide such data will therefore make it impossible to establish relations with our company.

Communication and disclosure
Personal data and the related processing will be communicated to companies or entities in order to adequately provide for the mandatory obligations connected with the performance of the economic activity of our Company and compliance with the contractual commitments with you.

Rights of the interested party
Articles 15-18 and 20-21 of the EU GDPR 2016/679 - grant the interested parties the exercise of specific rights in relation to the processing of their personal data.

App iSolergo and Ampère Mobile

The iSolergo and Ampère Mobile apps can be downloaded from the Apple Store and Google Play depending on the device being used; these apps do not store personal and sensitive user data outside of the device and such data are not available and accessible to Electro Graphics.

Geolocation

These apps, with the express permission of the user, may geolocate the device in order to have information about the connection area to activate some specific functionality of the app. The data are not transferred and remain confined to the device. Users can always block geolocalisation on their app.
