Managing bill of materials and related lists
Tabula is a bill of materials management software and tool for processing preliminary list, parts list and orders to providers. Tabula imports data from the Electro Graphics CAD software (CADelet, Eplus, iDEA): to each item extracted from the drawing you can assign stock information taken from the Articles archive. If the materials have already been encoded in CAD, in Tabula you can edit them and add more information.
Tabula's potential is expressed mainly in the many types of documents concerning the bundle of materials that you can print. You can also export workbooks to text, database, or spreadsheet files.

Saving and sharing data in EG Cloud
EG Cloud is a cloud data backup and sharing service, managed through the software infrastructure and datacenter of Acronis, that Electro Graphics makes available to users of its software under warranty and/or maintenance contract.
With EG Cloud, it is possible to:
• Upload projects to your cloud space, organized in folders and subfolders.
• Download and open projects previously uploaded to EG Cloud.
• Navigate your cloud space through the EG Cloud browser, which provides the essential commands to create new folders, upload and download files, create sharing links, etc.
• Access your cloud space through the Acronis web portal to access content and account settings pages.
• Access your cloud space from mobile devices through the Acronis Cyber Files app, which allows, among other features, to add annotations to PDF printouts for subsequent import into electrical schematic drawings in graphical environment.
Materials database
Full management of warehouse with definition of the identification code and features of items (description, unit of measure, manufacturer, supplier, group).
Setup of main currency and alternative currency, their formats and currency exchange.
Economical data assignment (price list, purchase discounts, reloads, selling price) with prices in Euro or alternative currency.
Technical data assignment (size, dimensions, weight, heat dissipation), figure or shape, movements and inventories, electrical symbol, multilingual descriptions connected with the dictionary.
Assignment to material items of any documents, divided by language, that can be displayed in CAD.
EGData Exchange: download and importation of egz data packages, classified by manufacturer and series, to update and enhance all database.
Attribution of installation time and type of manpower.

Alternative bill (account of manufacture)
The realization of panels or electrical systems affects, often, one main company and various subcontractors; in these situations, the general diagram and the related materials list, can provide for the list of elements under processing.
Tabula can handle these situations, allowing a differentiation of the list of materials according to their state of supply.
Comparative bill
A second quantity field is available for each item of a bill; it is useful to compare the quantities of estimated and used material items.
Importing other BOM, for example the preliminary list, in order to compare the estimated items and the items extracted from the executive diagram drawing.
Spare parts list and assembling list
For each element in the bill, all the identification data are available: so it is possible to obtain the spare parts list with definable quantities.
Assembling list are produced, with the references relating to the type and the location of the components in the panel, to make easy the wiring operations in workshop.
Preliminary list
Before to drawing a diagram or plant, you can compile a bill of materials (also called preliminary list) with all kinds of elements that will be used in the project of the panel, with its estimated quantities.
Preliminary list is usefull to compose and print a complete estimated order list and use it with the design.

Order list
Elaboration of the material order list for related supplier, following the bill acquisition.
Unload of used elements from the warehouse, with report of possible under supplied items.

Automatic extraction of all technical documents of the devices included in the wiring diagram or in the specific costs analysis.

Translation
Automatic translation of UNICODE UTF-8 texts or descriptive elements of a project in more languages.
Dictionary supplied with thousands of texts translated in six languages.
Management of up to ten customized dictionary organized in six languages each one.
Arrangement of not translated texts in order to be added later to the dictionary.
Material tables and export of them with bilingual descriptions.
Print-outs and PDF
Reports printing with possibility to select constructor, group, family, location and function.
All the reports are editable in the descriptive part, with possibility to choose among six languages.
Parametric printing with customizable profile.

Exporting
All reports can be exported as ASCII, XLS, CSV, HTML, RTF, WMF format.
Any changes to the code and descriptions of the items in the bill, automatically update the DWG diagram which they come from.
Exporting to ODBC data source for generating tables in a proprietary format database that exposes a data source via Open DataBase Connectivity, such as SQL Server, SQLite, MySQL.
Integration with Autodesk Vault PDM, allowing for the exchange of data and optional exportation of bill of materials.
